10餘歲的短鼻鱘製成的魚子，
選用日本雪鹽3度醃製，不死鹹，
我們的魚子醬外觀呈琥珀色
吃起來清爽、顆粒分明且香氣十足，
帶濃濃的奶油香氣，吃得出滿滿的新鮮感
搭配白酒、香檳、海鮮、肉類都很適合
深得客人喜愛，也是許多飯店御用產品

⚠️魚子是「冷凍」保存喔，
要吃的時候室溫或是冷藏退冰即可食用，
開罐後，1-2週內食用完畢（盒蓋壓緊放冷凍喔）
